TSN: Stop Airing Cruel Bull Riding Events

Bull riding is a cruel sport that exploits and harms animals for entertainment. Despite this, TSN continues to broadcast Professional Bull Riding (PBR) events, promoting these abusive spectacles on its television network.

In bull riding events, bulls are not willing participants—the entire so-called “sport” relies on the bull’s fear and desperation to force them to perform.

In the chutes, bulls are intentionally agitated by the riders who may hit them in the face or body, use flank straps on their sensitive undersides, and twist their tails. Riders also use spurs on their heels to dig in and grip the bulls’ skin, inflicting further discomfort for the bulls.

Not only so these events terrorize bulls, but they are incredibly dangerous. Bulls can suffer from broken legs, backs, and necks.

Bull riding terrorizes animals and should not be given a platform. Sign the petition and ask TSN to end its partnership with PBR immediately. Bull riding isn't sport—it’s suffering.
