Access-to-information documents obtained by Animal Justice reveal that government inspectors with Quebec's Ministry of Agriculture (MAPAQ) actually witnessed similar horrific abuse at this auction in 2025 and MAPAQ apparently did nothing to stop it or prevent it from occurring again.
