Fix Canada's Outdated Animal Protection Laws

Canada has some of the worst animal protection laws in the western world. Most industries that cause animal suffering, like farming and experimentation, are largely left to make up their own rules with little to no government oversight.

The situation is so bad that Canada was recently given a failing grade of "D" by World Animal Protection in the global Animal Protection Index.

This isn't good enough. It’s time for politicians to step up and make Canada a kinder country for animals.

Please ask the government to introduce stronger animal protection laws at the federal level.
